Wow. Beautiful place. Next time I get to go with you. We are getting soaked back home now and the river is full. Pretty wet Summer so far. And the sailing wind has not been the best. I am across the street at the libarary. I go during my lunch as it is the best access I have to a computer. Work is not private or always available and home is so slow. Gotta Run.

Howdy! Looks pretty, but I can see what you meant about the accomodations - after staying at some sketchy places in Peru and Bolivia that LOOKED all right from far away (like your little "cabin" does), I can tell it's not well cared for, and a place where you wish you had a different sleeping surface and maybe a vaccuum. I guess that's what the hammocks are for! Beaches look sweet. Completely tropical here, and a big wind storm last Friday that kncked out our power for 30 hours, our phone for four days, and put trees down in Waterville, Bakersfield, St Albans, North Hero, and a few other places. Check out the news coverage:

Marna, Cody, Brian, and I had dinner at my camp in Bakersfield last night in the RAIN. It was very nice and relaxing. We played a board game called MASTERPIECE and your brother tromped us all by about a million and a half dollars.

Kali,
Because I am still wandering around the East Coast, Adam and Marion are doing a Gramma version of Where's Waldo?; but that's nothing compared to Where's Kali?
This stuff sounds and looks great and yea i understand marginal accommodations, I have seen more than a few.

On that Masterpiece game, Cody more than tromped us! Now he's working for Uncle Bubby ~ odd days or whatever works and is needed. But I found the new career for Cody. Ang Lee is making a Woodstock Revisited movie and they are looking for extras. Seeing that your dad debuted in the original and Cody fits their requirements - young, long hair and can be hippie-looking, I think he should give it a go!
Take care, you sound great!
Marna
